Are you between the age of 9-19 and looking for a program that helps develop leadership skills such as independence, professional presentation, public speaking, confidence through volunteering, networking, and opportunities for mentorship? Would you like to represent the city as an ambassador participating in city events, parades, festivals, grand openings, and community service projects throughout the Minnesota and Wisconsin metropolitan areas? Then the Inver Grove Heights Scholarship Program may be for you! This program is a non-profit, educational scholarship program that supports youth development over the course of one year with a scholarship awarded at the end of the program.
Each year, starting in September, up to six individuals are selected to represent our great city of Inver Grove Heights participating in various events that are fun, interactive, safe, and in a team environment so no child is alone.
If this interests you, please join us for one of three informational sessions to learn more about this wonderful program.
